Insights from Primary Care Phased Investment Programme: Building on primary care improvement

The purpose of the national primary care improvement event is to bring together teams from across Scotland and provide an opportunity to:   

• share key lessons from the Primary Care Phased Investment Programme
• discuss how PCPIP learning can be used more widely in primary care
• consider priorities and next steps for improving primary care

The day will offer a range of plenary speakers, including an opportunity to hear about the evaluation and learning from the demonstrator sites.

There will also be breakout sessions led by our national clinical leads aligned to:

• general practice
• community treatment and care (CTAC)
• pharmacotherapy

Each attendee will have an opportunity to attend two of the three breakout sessions. There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the day for participants to network and learn from each other as well.   

We will share a finalised programme in the new year.
