Conditions of registration

  1. The provider will operate [an independent clinic].   
  2. The service [must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care].   
  3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely [facial and body aesthetic treatments] [general non-surgical procedures] [laser and IPL treatments] [GP consultation/assessment/treatment] [specialist consultation/assessment/treatment] [gynaecology non-surgical treatments][wellness injections and IV therapy treatments] [weight loss treatments with GLP1 medication [Blood tests], minor surgical procedures, namely [general minor surgical procedures] [male genital minor surgical procedures][female genital minor surgical procedures] [liposuction minor surgical procedures] [hair replacement procedures] and surgical procedures, namely [general surgery: all types] [male genital surgery: all types except gender reassignment surgery][breast surgery: all types].  
  4. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).   
  5. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.  
  6. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.   
  7. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using [any form of sedation or general anaesthesia].   
  8. The provider will treat service users aged from birth.  
  9. The provider must not allow facial or body aesthetic treatments to be provided to children under the age of 18.  
  10. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures, unless they are the service user.  
  11. The provider must only allow service users aged from birth to 18 years to be treated for medically diagnosed conditions.  
  12. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  
  13. The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.   
  14. The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional regulating body are actively registered.   
  15. The provider must only treat patients individually, group treatments are not permitted.   
  16. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.   
  17. The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where the treatments are provided, except for service animals.
