  1. The service [must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care].  
  1. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely [facial and body aesthetic treatments] [general non-surgical procedures] [weight loss treatments with GLP1 medication] and [GP consultation/assessment/treatment].     
  1. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.  
  1. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).
