Conditions of registration

  1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday.
  2. The service will only treat service users aged 18 or over.
  3. The service will provide non-surgical treatments and minor surgical procedures.
  4. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  5. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  6. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  7. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  8. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
