  1. The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care. 
  1. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely facial and body aesthetic treatments, IPL and Laser Therapy Treatments and minor surgical procedures, namely general minor surgical procedures and thread lift procedures.
  1. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics. 
  1. The provider must not allow any exposures ionising radiation to be carried out. 
  1. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs. 
  1. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products. 
  1. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia. 
  1. The provider will treat service users from birth for medical diagnosed dermatology conditions.

  1. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures unless they are the service user.
