2. The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care  

3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely [blood tests], [cardiology (ECG and ultrasound)], [ear irrigation/wax/syringing], [GP consultations: without prescription of CD’s], [Health MOT], [Ultrasound], [diagnostic imaging]  

4. The service will only provide treatment to individuals aged birth -18 years for medically diagnosed conditions  

5. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.  

6. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).  

7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs. 

8. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.  

9. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.  

10. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  

11. The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.
