  4. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  5. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  6. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  7. No animals or pets permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  8. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.

  11. The service will only provide treatments to individuals aged 14-18 for medically diagnosed conditions.
