  2. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
  3. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  4. The service will provide non-surgical treatments.
  5. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  6. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  7. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.

4. The provider must only allow medical and surgical assessment and treatment in a day hospital environment

5. The provider must not allow more than 4 day-case places

6. The provider must not allow more than 40 surgical procedures per day.

8. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.

12. The provider must only assess or treat service users aged 18 or over.

14. The provider must ensure that all healthcare professionals working in the service have a licence to practice in the United Kingdom.

15. The provider must ensure a registered medical officer is present in the service when patients are in theatre and in recovery until patients are assessed as fit to be discharged.
