• 4. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
• 5. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
• 6. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using deep sedation or general anaesthesia.
• 7. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using conscious sedation unless an appropriately trained second practitioner is present who has the sole responsibility for administering the sedation and monitoring the patient.
• 8. The provider will treat service users aged from birth, consultations only.
• 9. The provider must only treat service users aged 16 or over.
• 10. The provider must not allow facial or body aesthetic treatments to be provided to children under the age of 18.
• 11. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures unless they are the service user.
• 12. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
