Conditions of registration

  1. The service will only operate between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday.
  2. The service will treat service users aged 18 or over.
  3. The service will provide non-surgical treatments and minor surgical procedures.
  4. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
  5. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  6. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  7. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  8. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  9. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  10. No animals or pets are permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.

  3. The service will only provide treatments to individuals aged 16-18 for medically diagnosed conditions.
  4. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  5. The service will only provide non-surgical treatments and minor surgical treatments.
  6. If sedation is used, an appropriately trained second practitioner must be present who has the sole responsibility for the sedation.
  7. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  8. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  9. No animals or pets are permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.

  2. The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
  3. The provider must only allow dental treatments.
  4. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
  5. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
  6. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.

  10. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care. 
  11. The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where the treatments are provided, except for service animals.
