Conditions of registration

  1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Sunday.
  2. The service will only treat service users aged 18 or over
  3. The service will provide non-surgical treatments and minor surgical procedures.
  4. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  5. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  6. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  7. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  8. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  9. All healthcare professionals working in the service must have a licence to practice in the UK..
  10. The service will only operate between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday except for the provision of emergency care.
  11. No prescribing of controlled drugs.
