Conditions of registration

  1. The service will only operate between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday.
  2. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
  3. The service will provide non-surgical treatments and minor surgical treatments.
  4. The service will only provide minor surgical treatments to adults aged 18 or over.
  5. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  6. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  7. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  8. No animals or pets are permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  9. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  10. Children under the age of 18 must not be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures unless they are the service user.
  11. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  12. The service will only provide treatments to individuals aged from 0-18 for medically diagnosed conditions.
