Conditions of registration
- The provider will operate an independent clinic.
- The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
- The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely baby scanning, blood tests, botulinum toxin injections, skin peels, dermaplaning, derma pen, dermal filler injections, facial treatment/skincare, HIFU, Laser/IPL, microdermabrasion, microneedling, non-hyaluronic acid-based fillers, PRP, radiofrequency treatments, semi-permanent makeup, weight loss injections (without CDs), wellness IV therapies.
- The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
- The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
- The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
- The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
- The provider must not allow aesthetic or cosmetic treatments or procedures to be provided to children under the age of 18.
- The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.
- The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional regulating body are actively registered.
- No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
- Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
- The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
- The service will only treat service users aged 16 and over.
- No prescribing of controlled drugs.
