This is a new service – your feedback will help us to improve it.

Responding to concerns

Making a complaint about an independent healthcare provider can be done in our independent healthcare section. This can be about a private hospital, hospice or clinic.

If you are a member of the public, you can make a complaint:

  •  about your (or someone else’s) treatment
  • about your (or someone else’s) access to healthcare

You should make your complaint to the local health board or GP surgery.
