Our Engagement Practice Learning Programme has a flexible learner pathway that helps you grow from understanding the basics to leading engagement.
The Engagement Practice Learner Pathway
There are four skill levels in the learner pathway. Each level builds on the last, helping you grow your skills and prepare for the next step. You can start where you are or move through the four levels:
Level 1 – Informed
Learn the foundations of engagement. This includes core values, principles, and simple methods for involving people.
Level 2 – Skilled
Build confidence and practical skills to plan and deliver engagement in different settings.
Level 3 – Enhanced
Strengthen your knowledge and experience in leading engagement. Support others and influence how engagement is used in planning and improvement.
Level 4 – Expert
Develop and strengthen leadership in engagement. Shape policy, meet statutory duties, and make engagement part of everyday systems.
