The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely, facial and body aesthetic treatments and procedures, PRP (platelet rich plasma), Weight loss injections (without controlled drugs), IPL and Laser treatments, and minor surgical procedures, namely, Thread lift procedures, Radiofrequency treatments (Facetite, Necktite, skin lesion removal and blepharoplasty).

4. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.

5. The service must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, tooth whitening, dental implants or orthodontics).

6. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.

7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.

8. The provider must now allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.

9. The provider must only treat service users aged 16 and over.

10. The provider must not allow aesthetic or cosmetic treatments or procedures to be provided to children under the age of 18.

11. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures (unless they are the service user).

12. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

13. The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.

14. The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional body are actively registered.
