  2. The service must only operate between the hours of 07.00 and 21.00 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
  3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely facial and body aesthetic treatments.
  4. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
  5. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
  6. The provider must not allow any cosmetic or restorative dentistry to be provided.
  7. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
  8. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
  9. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.
  10. The provider must now allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
  11. The provider must not allow aesthetic or cosmetic treatments or procedures to be provided to children under the age of 18.
  12. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations or procedures.

  1. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures unless they are the service user.

  1. The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.
