Conditions of registration

  1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Sunday.
  2. The service will only treat service users aged 18 or over.
  3. The service will provide non-surgical treatments.
  4. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  5. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  6. Service users must be treatment individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  7. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  8. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  9. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.

  1. The service will operate as an independent hospital providing a range of medical and surgical healthcare services.
  2. No one under the age of 16 years to be seen or treated on the premises as an in-patient.
  3. Patients between the ages of 1-15 years may be seen as outpatients for the purposes of consultations and examinations only.
  4. No patients up to 12 months old to be seen as outpatients.
  5. To provide a maximum of 33 in-patient places.
  6. To provide out-patient clinics.
  7. A registered medical officer to be present in the service over 24 hours while the service is operating.
  8. To provide 24 hour nursing care.
  9. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.

  4. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  5. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted unless treatment involves family dental care. 6. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
