Learning outcomes
Participants gained:
- understanding and knowledge of the Essentials of Safe Care and why a people-led approach is key to the planning and delivery of safe care
- greater confidence and increased awareness of how to apply people-led approaches within their own practice
- enhanced connections between peers and experts within the field of quality and safety, enabling the exchange of insights, learning, successes, challenges, along with national and system-wide trends
