2. The service must only operate between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday.

3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely mental health consultation/assessment/treatment of general adult psychiatry.

4. The service must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.

5. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).

6. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.

7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.

8. The provider will treat service users aged from 16 years or over.

9. The provider must not allow children under the aged of 16 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures.

10. The provider must ensure that patients under the ages of 16 are not assessed or treated on the premises.

11. The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.
