3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely occupational health services.

4. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.

5. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.

6. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.

7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.

8. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.

10. The provider must only treat service users aged 18 or over.

11. The provider must ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.

  2. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  3. The service will only provide general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry including dental implants and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
  4. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  5. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  6. No animals or pets permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  7. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  8. Treatment can be provided under intravenous sedation. This can only be provided by an appropriately trained visiting sedationist with whom there is a formal written agreement in place.
