Conditions of registration

  1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 0700 to 2100 Monday to Sunday, except the provision of emergency care.
  2. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
  3. The service will only provide aesthetic treatments to service users aged 18 or over.
  4. The service will only provide non-surgical treatments.
  5. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  6. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  7. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  8. No animals or pets are permitted in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  9. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  10. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
