2. The service must only operate between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.

3. The provider must only allow mental health care for the treatment of general adult, and child and adolescent psychiatry.

4. The provider must not allow more than 20 day-case places.

5. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.

6. The provider must only treat service users from 6 years or over.

7. The provider must ensure that patients under the age of 6 years are not assessed or treated on the premises or remotely.

8. All Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
