  3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely facial and body aesthetic treatments, foam sclerotherapy & microsclerotherapy treatments, laser and IPL treatments, blood tests, general non-surgical procedures.
  4. The provider must not allow any intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
  5. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
  6. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.

  13. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures unless they are the service user.
  14. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  15. The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.
