Conditions of registration

  1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
  2. The service will treat service users of all ages aged from birth.
  3. The service will provide general dental services.
  4. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation.
  5. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  6. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  7. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
  8. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  9. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  10. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
