This change package is for perinatal teams who take part in:
- neonatal mortality improvement work
- neonatal morbidity improvement work
The change package covers:
- complications of prematurity
- complications of late preterm birth
- unexpected term admissions to neonatal units (NNU)
This change package was co-designed with clinical and quality improvement experts from NHS boards. The clinical experts were from a range of disciplines.
