We are required to undertake a review of the Common Staffing Method (CSM).
This report will outline how we fulfil our obligation HIS: 12IQ Review of the CSM. It details the methodology implemented to review the effectiveness of the CSM. And how we assessed how boards are applying CSM while ensuring that the guiding principles are being considered.
The review to Scottish Ministers was produced by the Healthcare Staffing Programme. It outlines the detail of how we undertook the work and the evidence to support the recommendations.
