Summary

On Tuesday 30 September 2025 our Focus on Frailty team hosted an online webinar. The webinar aimed to improve understanding of frailty within general practice.

The webinar was for frailty leads as defined in the Scottish Government 2025-26 Directed Enhanced Service (DES). It was also for members of the general practice multidisciplinary team with an interest in ageing and frailty. 

The webinar highlighted the requirements of the DES. It also shared evidence-based approaches for assessing and managing frailty within general practice.
