Summary
The CHIME recovery framework describes the five key processes that support personal recovery:
- Connectedness
- Hope
- Identity
- Meaning
- Empowerment
In this activity people are asked to write how their group or support service has helped them with each of the CHIME processes.
Within this pack is a session plans which has step by step instructions for how to carry out each activity and additional support materials which can be printed and used while delivering the sessions.
These activities were co-produced with people impacted by alcohol and drugs, including men, women and family members.
