On 30 July colleagues from TIDE (Together in Dementia Everyday) and The Young Onset Carers Group joined us to tell us about how you can involve carers of people with young onset dementia in your work. We found out about what Young Onset Dementia is and how it impacts on people’s lives. Learned about the importance of gathering lived experience when designing and delivering services and about the methods you can use and the benefits to early, meaningful engagement of carers of people with young onset dementia.
