The Primary Care Improvement Portfolio uses quality improvement methodology to: 

• enhance primary care service delivery
• continuously improve the safety and quality of care

We provide quality improvement and service redesign support along with tools, resources and collaborative learning opportunities

We do this by:  

• creating networking opportunities both locally and nationally for our colleagues across primary care 
• helping create the conditions for innovation and improvement by supporting primary care teams with quality improvement work 
• accelerating learning by capturing and sharing the experiences of others 
• collaborating with stakeholders and primary care teams to work towards common goals, and 
• co-designing tools and resources with primary care teams, so that others can adopt and adapt to their local needs.
