Improving access to planned care sprint – Learning system

Our Improving access to planned care sprint learning system enables health and care professionals to share experiences and learn from each other. It is open to anyone working in health, social care, voluntary and independent sectors. Its focus is on improving care and support for people living with frailty across Scotland.

The aims of this learning system are to:

  • build knowledge and accelerate improved outcomes
  • connect and influence people
  • develop an understanding of frailty within the healthcare system

It provides a range of engagement and learning opportunities, such as:
