The Preventing Harm, Promoting Recovery: Scotland’s Alcohol & Drugs Strategic Plan (2026-2035) recognises that recovery is a deeply personal process that looks different for everyone but is grounded in people having agency and support to improve their health and wellbeing.
Recovery-oriented systems of care is about supporting people who have experience of alcohol and/or drugs to access the services they need to achieve recovery.
Our network of services and support is easy to navigate. We offer a range of person-centred options to improve health and wellbeing for individuals and for those affected by someone else’s recovery.
