Process
If you are dissatisfied with the way in which we have dealt with your request for information, you can ask us to review our actions and decisions. Your requirement for review must be submitted within 40 working days of receiving this letter. If you request a review we will respond within 20 working days.

Appeal
If you remain dissatisfied with our review response you have a right of appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner. You must contact the Commissioner within six months of receiving the letter with our review decision. You can contact the Commissioner:

If you are dissatisfied with the findings of the Scottish Information Commissioner, you can appeal on a point of law to the Court of Session.
