The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (the FOISA), means that you have the right to be able to find out about our organisation and its work.

You have the right to:

  • know what services we provide
  • what our goals and targets are
  • how well we are doing

We’re committed to being open about our work. We aim to make sure that any information you need is easy to access and request.
