This webinar was part of the Primary Care Phased Investment Programme. Dr Paul Baughan, National GP Clinical Lead, spoke with several guests about continuity of care. They talked about why it matters and how to improve it in an increasingly multidisciplinary team environment.
The speakers included both academics and primary care staff. The session began with two short talks on the evidence and how continuity is measured. Dr Baughan then led a discussion with the guest speakers and answered questions from the audience.
