Conditions of registration

1. The provider will operate an independent clinic.
2. The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely acupuncture, blood tests, cryotherapy (warts/verrucas), derma roller, dermaplaning, ear irrigation/wax suction/syringing, facial aesthetic treatments and procedures, facial treatments/skincare, fat dissolving injections, hayfever injection, health MOT, joint injections, occupational Health, profhilo injections, PRP (platelet rich plasma) + PRF (platelet rich fibrin) therapy, PRP Microneedling with radio frequency, radiofrequency treatments, vaccinations, weight loss injections (without CD’s), wellness injections (e.g. vitamin B12).
4. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
5. The provider will treat service users aged 12 or over.
6. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
7. The provider must only treat patients individually, group treatments are not permitted.
8. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures (unless they are the service user.
9. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
10. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
11. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
12. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.
13. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
14. The provider must not allow aesthetic or cosmetic treatments or procedures to be provided to children under the age of 18.
