Conditions of registration
- The provider will operate an independent hospital.
- The service must only operate between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 Monday to Saturday, except for the provision of emergency care.
- The provider must only allow medical and surgical assessment and treatment in a day hospital environment.
- The provider must not allow more than 4 day-case places.
- The provider must not allow more than 40 surgical procedures per day.

- The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
- The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
