Conditions of registration

1. The provider will operate an independent clinic
2. The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday
3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, IPL, rosacea, thread veins, age spots, acne.
4. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
5. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
6. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.
7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
8. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
9. The service must only treat service users aged 18 or over
10. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
11. The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional regulating body are actively registered.
12. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
13. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
14. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
