Conditions of registration

  1. The provider will operate an independent clinic.
  2. The service must only operate between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
  3. The provider must only allow non surgical treatments and procedures, namely vaccines, including travel vaccines, phlebotomy services, travel advice and occupational health services.
  4. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
  5. The provider will treat service users from birth.
  6. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
  7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of controlled drugs.
  8. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
  9. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  10. The provider must ensure that all healthcare professionals working in the service have a license to practice in the United Kingdom.
  11. The provider must only treat patients individually, group treatments are not permitted.
  12. The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where treatments are provided, with the exception of service animals.
  13. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).
  14. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of healthcare.
