Conditions of registration

1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Sunday.
2. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
3. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
4. The service will provide non-surgical treatments.
5. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
6. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
7. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals such as horses who are kept outside.
8. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
9. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
10. No prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
