Conditions of registration

1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Sunday.
2. The service will provide non-surgical treatments
3. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
4. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
5. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
6. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals
7. No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
8. No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
9. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
10. The service will provide prescription only treatments and medical device treatments to adults aged 18 and over.
11. The service will only provide treatments to individuals aged 14-18 for medically diagnosed conditions.
12. The service will only provide vaccinations to children aged from 2 years.
13. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
14. No prescribing of controlled drugs.
15. No prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
