Conditions of registration

  1. The provider will operate an independent clinic.
  2. The service must only operate between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
  3. The provider must only allow non surgical treatments, namely specialist assessment and treatment for ADHD, facial aesthetics, vitamin intramuscular injections and infusions (for non-medical diagnosed conditions), hyperhidrosis and weight loss management injections.
  4. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
  5. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicine.
  6. The provider will treat service users aged from 6 years specifically for ADHD assessment and treatment.
  7. The provider must not allow aesthetic or cosmetic treatments or procedures to be provided to service users under the age of
  8. 8. The provider must ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients.
  9. The provider must ensure that all healthcare professionals working in the service have a license to practice in the United Kingdom.
  10. The provider must only treat patients individually, group treatments are not permitted.
  11. The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where treatments are provided, with the exception of service animals.
  12. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.
  13. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of healthcare.
