Conditions of registration

1. The provider will operate an independent clinic.

2. The service must only operate between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.

3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely [facial and body aesthetic treatments] [wellness injections and IV therapy treatments] [Blood tests] [specialist consultation/assessment/treatment] [mental health consultation/assessment/treatment] [general non-surgical procedures] and [weight loss treatments with GLP1 medication].

4. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.

5. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics.

6. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.

7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicine.

8. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using [any form of sedation or general anaesthesia].

9. The provider must only treat service users aged 5 and over for [specialist consultation/treatment/assessment] or [mental health consultation/assessment/treatment].

10. The provider will treat service users aged from 6 years specifically for ADHD assessment and treatment.

11. The provider must not allow facial or body aesthetic treatments to be provided to children under the age of 18.

12. The provider must not allow children under the age of 18 to be present during any consultations, treatments or procedures (unless they are the service user).

13. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

14. The provider must ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients.

15. The provider must ensure that all healthcare professionals working in the service have a license to practice in the United Kingdom.

16. The provider must only treat patients individually with the exception of ADHD and ASD post diagnostic support groups.

17. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of healthcare.

18. The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where treatments are provided, with the exception of service animals.
