Conditions of registration

  1. The provider will operate an independent clinic.
    2. The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100, except for the provision of emergency care.
    3. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely [facial and body aesthetic treatments] [GP consultation/assessment/treatment] [specialist consulta-tion/assessment/treatment] [mental health consultation/assessment/treatment] [occupational health/personal health assessment]
    4. The provider must not allow any laser or intense light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
    5. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
    6. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
    7. The provider will treat service users aged from birth specifically for DNA swabbing and counselling.
    8. The provider will treat service users aged from 5 years specifically for the purpose of mental health and neurodevelopment assessment and treatment.
    9. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    10. The provider must not allow aesthetic or cosmetic treatments or procedures to be provided to children under the age of 18.
    11. The provider must ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experi-ence are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients.
    12. The provider must ensure a healthcare professional is present in the service when children are being consulted or treated.
    13. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).
    14. The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional regulating body are actively registered.
    15. The provider must only treat patients individually, group treatments are not permitted.
    16. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
    17. The providers must not allow animals or pets in the area where the treatments are provided, except for service animals.
