Conditions of registration

1. The service will provide orthodontic and hygiene services only.
2. The service will only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday except for the provision of emergency care.
3. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
4. No prescribing of controlled drugs.
5. No laser or intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
6. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
7. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted unless providing family orthodontic care.
8. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
9. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
10. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
