Conditions of registration

1. The provider will operate [an independent psychiatric hospital].

2. The service [[will operate 24hrs Monday to Sunday].

3. The provider must only allow [specialist detoxification and mental health care for the treatment of addictions].

4. The provider must not allow more than [16 in-patient places].

5. The provider must not allow [out-patient clinics on a day case basis].

6. The provider must not allow domiciliary care on an out-of-hours basis.

7. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).

8. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.

9. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.

10. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using [any form of sedation or general anaesthesia].
