Conditions of registration

1. To operate an independent clinic between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Sunday.
2. The service will provide non-surgical treatments and minor surgical procedures.
3. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
4. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
5. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
6. No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals. Proposed additional service conditions (to be agreed by a senior inspector).
7. The service will only provide treatments to individuals aged 14 – 17 for medically diagnosed conditions.
8. The service will only provide prescription only treatments and medical device treatments to adults aged 18 and over.
9. No treatments or procedures will be carried out using any form of sedation.
10. The service will only treat service users aged 14 or over.
11. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
