Conditions of registration
- To operate an independent clinic 24 hours per day.
- The service will only treat service users aged 16 or over.
- The service will operate as an independent clinic providing specialist assessment and treatment for service users with alcohol and drug dependency related problems.
- The service will provide non-surgical treatments.
- The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
- No animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
- No laser treatments or procedures will be carried out.
- No Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatments or procedures will be carried out.
- No inpatient beds will be provided by the clinic.
