Conditions of registration

  1. To operate an independent clinic.
  2. The service must only operate between the hours of 07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Sunday.
  3. The service will treat service users aged from birth.
  4. The provider must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely [GP Consultation/assessment/treatment], [occupational health/personal health assessment], weight loss treatments using GLP1 medication], [vaccinations and immunisations], [blood tests], [GP Consultations : with prescription of CD’s] and [general minor surgical procedures].
  5. The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).
  6. The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulse light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
  7. The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
  8. The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
  9. The provider must not allow any treatments or procedures to be carried out using any form of sedation or general anaesthesia.
  10. The service shall ensure that staff possessing the appropriate skills, training and experience are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of all service users.
  11. Service users must be treated individually. Group treatments are not permitted.
  12. The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
  13. The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional regulating body are actively registered.
  14. The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where the service is provided, with the exception of service animals.
  15. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  16. The provider will only treat service users aged 16 years and over for general minor surgical treatments.
  17. The prescriber must only prescribe controlled drugs for neurodiverse conditions which have already been previously diagnosed.
