Conditions of registration
- The provider will operate an independent clinic.
- The service must only operate between the hours of 0700 and 2100 Monday to Sunday, except for the provision of emergency care.
- The provider must only allow mental health care for the assessment and treatment of ADHD and autism.
- The provider must not allow more than 20 day-case places.
- The provider must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to be carried out.
- The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics).
- The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
- The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
- The provider must only treat service users from 5 years for medically diagnosed conditions.
- The provider must ensure that patients under the age of 5 years are not assessed or treated on the premises.
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The provider must ensure that staff possess the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and that they are provided in sufficient numbers to ensure the safety and welfare of patients, the public and wider workforce.
- The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional regulating body are actively registered
- The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health care.
- The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where the treatments are provided, except for service animals.
