Conditions of registration
- The provider will operate an independent clinic.
- The service must only operate between the hours of 08:00 and 2100 Monday to Sunday,
except for the provision of emergency care. - The service must only allow non-surgical treatments, namely [specialist
consultation/assessment/treatment] - The service must not allow any laser or intense pulsed light treatments or procedures to
be carried out. - The provider must not allow the provision of dental treatments (including dental hygiene
treatments, dental implants, tooth whitening and orthodontics). - The provider must not allow any ionising radiation exposures to be carried out.
- The provider must not allow the prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products.
- The provider will treat service users from 17 years 9 months or over.
- The provider must not allow children under the aged of 16 to be present during any
consultations, treatments or procedures. - The provider must ensure that staff requiring to be registered by a professional regulating
body are actively registered. - The provider must not allow service users to consume alcohol while in receipt of health
care. - The provider must not allow animals or pets in the area where the treatments are
provided, except for service animals.
